Sea-Fever

O' Squirrel... Hope thou art fine!!

Had a nightmare of a sort come true today. One of the few things that i get paranoid about is witnessing animals being run over by vehicles. Saw a lil' squirrel almost get run over by a scooter. Worst things worst, I was on my bike n the lil' bugger got hit on the leg by the scooter on the opposite side and ran straight across my way. I missed him and am still thanking God for that. I hope he's recovered from any trauma though....
I still have shivers running down my spine every single time i think of the scene....

Fish-Fishiti-Fish!!!

Very few scenes have left an impression as lasting as this one on me.
The old man fishes while the cat waits for the catch.
I was so touched by this scene while my peers laughed.

Only i knew i'd fish for my cat too.

Sunset and beyond...

Laughter and joy spread through my face,
The sunbeams come and spreads the grace.
A puppet i become to people near and far,
Come sunset, true colours come ajar!!

Goin to Vypeen with an aching in my heart.....

Leaving for Vypeen this evening... this place in Kerala.
Beach sand, coconut trees, the ocean zephyr, porota and pepper beef fry.... my five reason to go.
The place am staying at is said to be the only beach in India where dolphins can be seen... Yup, am keeping my fingers crossed.
While am at it, am hoping to find some peace there...
Will be back with some fabulous pictures.. Hurray for Photoshop if not!! ;)
